Refund Eligibility:
If you are dissatisfied with WebZenHost services, you are eligible for a refund within 30 days from the order date.
Refund Applicable Products:
- Shared Hosting
- WordpressShared Hosting
Non-refund Applicable Products:
- Any type of VPS Hosting
- Dedicated Server
- Domain Purchase
- Domain Renew
- Domain Transfer**
- Backup Services
- SSL Certificate
- Only First time registration is allowed for refund. Same details register from 2nd account no allowed for refund.
- Any Services for renew not allowed for refund.
- License/Addon/Additional IP / Setup Fees / Custom Fees.
** After payment of the domain transfer fee, if the old registrar cancels the transfer, a refund (excluding taxes) will be provided.
Refund Applicable Terms:
- 7-days money-back guarantee on annual, biannual, or triannual terms only.
- Refunds for hosting plans with free domains will exclude standard domain fees.
Non-Refund Applicable Terms:
- Monthly, quarterly, or semiannual plans are not covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee.
- No refund for abusive behavior, including communication via live chat, WhatsApp, email, support tickets, calls, etc.
- No refund for copyright claims, phishing, trademark objections, spam, abuse email, bulk emailing, or violation of our policies.
- No refund after the renewal of services, and no refund for code-level issues with websites or applications.
Cancellation and Refund Process:
To cancel and request a refund, submit a cancellation request via our client area and open a support ticket with our billing team within 7 days from the purchase date. Refunds will be processed via UPI, bank transfer for Indian customers, or PayPal for customers outside India. The refund process will be completed within 7–10 working days from the cancellation request date, provided there is no violation of our policies.
